Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

 

    Gift cards
    Downloadable software products
    Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

    Book with obvious signs of use
    CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
    Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 
Cancellations By Indian Customer

 

Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. You have two options.

1. You can exchange it for the available product on the store. Order value should be same or higher, it can not be less than the order value.

2. We can refund you the money after deducting transaction and service charges. That process will take 8-10 working days.

 
Cancellations By NAEUSA

 

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and can be cancelled. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include but are not limited to limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by NAEUSA and accept Naeusa’s decision regarding the cancellation.

 

Returns

 

  1.     Your return/exchange request should be sent by email to info@Naeusa.com within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.
  2.      Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of the incorrect item. There are color variations because of    photography, if    you are very particular about colors, please ask us for photo and video. We are happy to do video calling with you, there will be no return/exchange on the basis of color variations.
  3.     Dupattas length is usually 2.5 meter but it can vary due to tassels in some cases and all the Handwoven/ Loom products are unique. If you are very particular about the length, please check with us before buying, later we won't be able to change it.
  4.      In case you received a damaged product, you need to email us a photo of the damaged product along with the return request as per step 1.
  5.      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the original invoice, as well as all tags, should be intact.
  6.      In the case of COD, no return accepted.
  7.      If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will replace the product or reimburse the full invoice value as per customer demand.

 

Refunds

 

  1.     If an order has more than five products then it will be considered as a bulk order. Return/refund will not be possible.
  2.    Upon receipt of your request, we shall examine the same and send you an authorization of return/exchange within 2 working days. Upon receipt of the authorization, the product must be couriered back to NAEUS SILK at the below-mentioned address within 7 days.
  3.    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  4.  If your return is approved you will receive a credit amount equivalent to the value of your order for any subsequent purchase on the website.
  5.      We aim to process all returns and exchanges within 7 days
  6. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  7. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.


Gifts

 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.


Shipping Returns

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
